January 2026 is no longer about crash diets or short-lived resolutions. Instead, wellness has evolved into a way of life. The sector is growing faster than ever, driven by a shift away from quick fixes towards sustainable routines that support long-term health, balance and vitality. Whether daily, weekly or monthly, we are all becoming more intentional about the habits we choose, those that genuinely make a difference. From a holistic perspective, these are some of my favourite London-based treatments and practitioners who deliver meaningful, results-led wellness. It’s time to switch off, slow down and invest in genuine self-care.
Dimple Amani
I first met Dimple almost three years ago when I wrote about lymphatic massage, at a time when very few places in London truly understood its power. Dimple stood out immediately; her treatments were not only exceptional but effective. Fast forward to today, and Dimple has opened a beautiful new permanent space in Knightsbridge. She kindly welcomed me back for another transformative lymphatic massage and a tour of her serene new clinic.

Q: Tell me about your beautiful new space.
A: Creating a permanent home for the Dimple Amani brand has been a dream for many years. When I found this Knightsbridge space, I instantly felt its potential. My incredible team and I brought it to life together, and I’m especially grateful to my Head of Brand & Operations, Roxana—my absolute right hand. While I held the vision, she ensured everything stayed on track. Like any build, there were challenges (builder headaches included!), but we pushed through and created something truly special.
Q: What inspired you to start?
A: I opened my first wellness salon at just 20 years old. Over time, my passion for holistic healing—particularly Ayurveda and lymphatic drainage—deepened. Back then, lymphatic health was barely understood; now it’s a global conversation. Ayurveda has followed a similar journey, evolving from a niche to being widely embraced as people seek ancient wisdom for modern healing. Supporting clients through that shift has been incredibly fulfilling.
Q: What’s next for you?
A: We’re entering an exciting phase of growth. New products will be launching later this year, and I’m exploring international expansion across the USA, the Middle East and Europe. We’re also introducing training courses—education is one of my greatest passions. My goal is to scale mindfully while protecting the soul of what we do.

Deo & Daisy: Four-Hand ‘Divine Touch’ Healing
How do I describe this treatment? It goes far beyond the physical. It is deeply emotional, restorative and profoundly releasing. I experienced the Four-Hand ‘Divine Touch’ Healing at Rebase (more on that below). First and foremost, Deodata and Daisy are friends, united by a shared faith, intuitive connection and commitment to healing. Together, they are expert therapists dedicated to transformative wellness.
Deodata, founder of Wellness by Deo, created her brand following her own healing journey. With nearly a decade of experience as an intuitive facialist and bodyworker, she has worked with prestigious skincare brands including La Prairie, FaceGym and The Organic Pharmacy. She was the first to introduce Emotional Trauma Release Massage within a London recovery centre, and her work is endorsed by medical professionals, including neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart. Clients travel globally to experience her unique approach.

Daisy, founder of Flow with Daisy, is an award-winning intuitive healing reflexologist working across London’s most prestigious spas, including Surrenne at The Emory and Claridge’s. Her calling began over a decade ago after a life-changing treatment experience. Now regarded as the wellness industry’s go-to reflexologist, she specialises in advanced foot, face, cranial and hand reflexology, creating bespoke treatments that rebalance mind, body and soul.
Together, their Four-Hand ‘Divine Touch’ Healing is sacred and immersive. After six intense months of work and travel, I was ready for a full reset—and this treatment delivered far more than that. Combining deep-release foot reflexology with intuitive head and facial therapy, the experience culminates in synchronised arm and hand energy work. Working in perfect harmony, Deo and Daisy guide the body’s natural energy flow, releasing tension and restoring balance. I have been fortunate to experience many holistic and medically led treatments over the years, but what they have created operates on an entirely different spiritual level. Their combined intuitive touch clears energetic and emotional blockages, leaving you with a profound sense of peace, alignment and connection.

Skin Matters
I was invited to Skin Matters, the West London clinic founded by award-winning facialist Joanne Evans. Dedicated to skin health and long-term results, the clinic is a nurturing haven led by Joanne and her personally trained team of expert aestheticians. I placed myself in the hands of Kara, allowing her to fully tailor my treatment. The bespoke 90-minute facial was absolute bliss, beginning with a triple cleanse, followed by clay and gel exfoliation and a 10% lactic acid hydrating treatment.

Kara then introduced sonophoresis, using sound waves to drive peptides and vitamins up to 4,500 times deeper into the skin. It was my first experience with this technology, and I am fully converted. An alginate mask was then applied and combined with microcurrent therapy. Following mask removal, Kara performed a firm lymphatic facial massage to de-puff, lift and sculpt. The treatment concluded with Bioeffect hyaluronic acid serum, Mesoestetic Fast Repair moisturiser, SPF and Bioeffect lip balm. The results were instant—my skin felt smoother, brighter and deeply hydrated. Kara’s expertise and calm confidence were evident throughout. Would I return? Without hesitation.
Shape House
After making waves in Melbourne’s wellness scene, Shape House has officially arrived in London at Takroni Clinic, 75 New Cavendish Street. Founded by Olivia Ferrary and Georgie Wright, Shape House was born from personal healing journeys and a desire to offer the kind of treatments they themselves had been searching for. Since launching in Melbourne in 2022, it has become a word-of-mouth favourite for those seeking meaningful, body-first wellbeing. From the moment you arrive, every detail feels intentional, warm lighting, grounding touch and bespoke scents create an immediate sense of calm.

Olivia’s welcoming presence and depth of knowledge instantly put you at ease; she takes time to understand your needs and explain the process, allowing the nervous system to soften before treatment even begins. Each lymphatic drainage session is intuitively tailored, blending science with soul. The treatments support the nervous system, reduce inflammation, release stored tension and restore the body’s natural flow. Technically outstanding and energetically refined, Olivia’s work operates on a truly holistic level. “Draining, in a good way,” the founders say. “We focus on education as much as transformation—helping clients understand how to care for their bodies beyond the treatment room.”
